I am currently playing Red Dead Redemption and I have never killed people in a game as hard as I am right now.

I have never had more fun shooting people in the knees, walking over as they crouch there on the ground and execute them.

MMMMMM! It's so bloody and delicious! I have never enjoyed this level of spite before.

Comprehension problem? No. Just trying to get to the bottom of things.

And I gotta tell you: I think your conceptions of the real world and digital world are becoming intertwined, which is quite unhealthy. You constantly blabber on about how killing 'people' in a game, who don't deserve it, is disgusting.

But what I *still* don't understand is: how is it disgusting?

You are 'murdering' innocent 'people' in a vi...

So, if we enjoy watching a kid die, or causing any kind of harm to anything in a video game, that makes us disgusting.

How? I really want to understand your logic behind this, because right now I think that you are the next Jack Thompson...and that man is a fool.

Lets settle something right here and right now: Video games feature virtual landscapes that are inhabited by virtual beings, which you can call 'people' if you like.

Here is...

Are they going to come out with two different box arts for the third one. I mean, all things considered, if Bioware isn't just pulling our chains and Shepard can die, I wouldnt want remember my previous mistakes by seeing Shepard on the box art. I think Bioware is just messing with us and making it seem like its pretty much inevitable for Shepard to die, just to make him see more like a badass at the end of ME2 for living. just my thoughts

I have to agree with you there. They bring in, if I am not mistaken, Eric Nylund to help write a story for the game, and then the geniuses at Epic decide, "well, we will use part of it for the game, and the rest will be found, what little we decide to put in, in the instruction manual because gamers love to read first, then play the game later."

I guess they forgot gamers like a good story to go along with their games. Idiots. Seriously, if I was in an elevator with Cl...

You know what, they had I think just one, maybe two, black zombies in Resident Evil 1-3, and not once was there any complaining about it. Now that the setting is in Africa, and in Africa, if I am not mistaken, the population is a majority black. So, God forbid, we have to kill black zombies with a white guy.

Just think of the backlash there would be if the main character was black and he was killing all white zombies! That's the biggest double standard ever right there, because I...

You are ignorant. A game not only needs to have good graphics, but it also needs to have a great soundtrack, a storyline that isn't complete crap, great multiplayer modes and gameplay, and re playability.

So, according to you, Killzone 2 SHOULD get a 9.5 minimum just because of the graphics...sure the story might or might not suck, and the soundtrack isn't all that good...but just the graphics alone make this game good.

I'm not a complete turd like you, and I need mo...

I was at a Target that's close to my hometown in Missouri, and, while I was looking at the video games I noticed that one of the employees had unlocked the PS3 game's glass case, left the keys in the lock, and the glass case was wide open....they deserved to get stolen from that day....

This is upsetting. Mortal Kombat is supposed to test the limits of gore and violence...not test how far they can go with a Teen rating.

I'm trying to figure out how Endwar got such a good score.
Don't get me wrong, I love the voice command system, but sometimes I would rather just, you know, not waste my breath. But, when you try to move the units around the map with just the thumbsticks and the A button, its just way to tedious and, quite frankly annoying...but General Scott Mitchell definitely makes up for it.

Sweet! At what, 7-8 dollars, I will definitely pick up Soulstone. I'm gonna be enjoyin the crap outta that Beta. Dawn of War II is going to rock!

I have to say, that when my 360 experienced 2 red lights...a "hyper failure".(How the Customer Service Rep put it)I sent it in got a "refurbished" 360, and the first thing that happened was I received 1 red light and the E 74 Error. Thing is: My Xbox still works fine, its just that error pops up every once in a while when I turn it on.

I have to agree with you 100% on MGS4. It was just boring after act 2, which is unfortunate.
And as for LBP, I just played that tonight, and I have to say...I absolutely love that game. So, I'm gonna make sure my friend keeps that game from Gamefly for a while so we can play it.

Oh, that's right, because Earth was the only place the UNSC had ever fought the Covenant....besides on the two rings and the Ark
If I am not mistaken, Halo Wars takes place on Harvest, which is where the War pretty much started...so, yeah, it is in the early days of the war.

If the game, any game, is about a month away, that's when commercials need to start a slow trickling in on T.V. Then, it needs to begin a slow, but steady, pick up in advertising. I don't want a game to be out a week then start seeing this gigantic increase in Ads. It needs to start before the game comes out. So, by this logic, which I am sure is flawed, I want to see a plethora of commercials by the time a game has a week before coming out.

So, being intelligent is a prerequisite for the Metal Gear Solid Franchise. I'm sorry, but I think we all missed something between Metal Gear Solid 2 and 4. Did Snake wake up one day, at 2AM, get out of bed, look in the mirror and see that he was old? I'm wondering what happened. How did Liquid Ocelot get control of such a large army? Why are there nano-machines? There are so many questions that needed answering that made teh game bad story-wise. Sure, I could have looked at the Codex thing t...

Its not all about internet hype and advertising on gaming sites. I, honestly, don't ever remember seeing commercials/Ads on television for Resistance 2 or Little Big Planet until after the game had launched. But, for the 360, I see Ads/Commercials weeks before the game launches. Sony's marketing team needs to get on the ball for Killzone, because, even though I own a 360, I want to see this game do well.
